One of our partners said "I used a pair in Vermont when the temperature was - 20 F and windchill was - 55 F and they made a major difference. My only advice is don't leave them on when it warms up and take them off when you enter the lodge. They retain moisture as well as heat." (He is on the ski patrol so he goes out in stuff like that!) There is no exact science to fitting the OverGlove as they are designed to fit over gloves or mittens. The Overglove is a uni-sex product and is sized as such. The larger sizes tend to fit men and the smaller sizes women and teens. For women we would recommend the small or medium. What you wear under the Overglove will have some effect on the sizing. If you are wearing a fairly full mitten or glove I would recommend the Medium. If you are wearing a very thin glove you might find the small a better fit. Note that these are not going to fit "like a glove." They are designed so that they can fit over all types of mittens and gloves and some will fit better than others. Also, because you are essentially wearing two pairs of mittens you'll loose dexterity. Their primary purpose is to provide protection above and beyond what a typical glove/mitten can provide.
